A SS Hosted Base Package is a modestly priced online based solution. The user is given a login and password for their own private SS hosted website, which contains the options and features as described in the tables below. Click on More Options to review SoftPaperScape Paperless options, scanner options, SpeakScape Voice options, ScapeShape-Intranet Hosting and Support options.

NOTE: Webmasters may also select the base package for website search hosting.

Step One: Step One: To add the ability to automatically scan-and-upload documents to your hosted SS site, select an Online paperless Account. If you do not have a network compatible scanner, select an option in Step 2.

Step Four: To Increase capacity of your system select More Options for SS-Intranet hosting. This option is also used to increase capacity for scanned and voice uploads.

NOTE: Intranet documents must reside on your own systems for CS to crawl and index the information. Your online search site will access your servers when a user wishes to navigate to the document in a search query. VPN and VLAN services are available. Please refer to the Data Center and Crawl Options section for details.

NOTE: If you would prefer to store your intranet files on a data center server you may upgrade at modest price of $120 per month for a server to host 1,000,000 documents. This would make your intranet solution a completely contained framework within the security of the data center.
